Couple seeking an lovely experience
The staff was so friendly they even took the time to drive us to nearby restaurants. You feel like they really care. The view from our balcony was utterly nice especially at sunset. It was something we will never forget during our honeymoon.
It wasn't affordable but still reasonable for the experience we got.

Amazing location - right at Cavusin Castle. Traditional breakfast with amazing views and a nice view, as for instance.
Beds were a little hard.

Wicked cool hotel with views you won't believe! The cave room was cozy and modern. Super nice team, especially Seyma who helped us book tours and even a hot air balloon ride. Breakfast? Out of this world! Hard to find anything I'd change, maybe just that I didn't wanna leave!

All in all, it's fabulous place that has very welcoming staff that does the night shift. Its location is magnificent and particularly good, a super close walk to Cavusin Castle. The hotel is in touristic area, very close to Cavusin castle and the beautiful Rose Valley, Tourist hub, and Goreme, Avanos, Urgup and the valleys that make the region famous.

Fairly clean hotel with a nice design and amazing views, it has an amazing location just next door to all the modern conveniences, a nice castle, and hikes. All the staff was incredible, solved my issues. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and in general I loved huge and big size room.

I was so excited for my stay, but was great, i noticed a slight burn smell wafting in, as if the kitchen was under attack. The remote was so dusty, it reminded me of they haven't cleaned it since prehistoric times. They didn't even offer to upgrade me, imagine that!

My suite was fancy with a turkish bath. The location was amazing and beautiful, on top of hill that was looking to village Cavusin, convenient to go everywhere.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was low.

Beautiful cave suites with an unparalleled view.
I witnessed staff using water guns to chase them away instead of providing food or care. It's disheartening to see these animals treated so poorly, especially for a hotel that charges premium rates. The steep hill leading to the parking lot posed a challenge during poor weather.

The suite was impressively spacious and gave an authentic cave feel, while breakfast blew us away—everything tasted freshly made and perfectly cooked. Only downside was my jacuzzi not heating up initially, but once it did, it was fantastic! Would love to stay again.

The sweeping panoramic views from the elevated location are amazing. Seyma, which enriched the overall experience. The plumbing issues, specifically a faint odor from the drains, detracted slightly from the comfort level. The steep incline leading to the parking lot may present challenges during inclement weather. The breakfast featured an excellent array of local fresh products.
